EGSA Spring Picnic

The Economics Graduate Student Association announces the annual spring picnic to be held Friday, April 18, at the Walnut Shelter in Inis Grove Park starting at 5:30 p.m. Food and beverages will be provided. Sign up on the department intranet if you plan to attend.

Lihong McPhail Receives Scholarship

Congratulations to Lihong McPhail on receiving a scholarship to the Chartered Financial Analyst program by the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Iowa, a non-profit organization for financial advisors. One of the award highlights is being able to take the Chartered Financial Analyst exam at an extremely reduced rate. Other ISU students receiving this scholarship are Jeffrey May, Phillip Nash, and Justin Kirchoff.

Daylight Saving Time

Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 9, so turn your clocks ahead one hour on Saturday night.

Spring Break

During spring break, March 17-21, there will be no classes. The main office, 260-266 Heady, will be open from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Liesl Eathington To Receive CYtation Award

College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Spring Convocation

The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Spring Convocation will be held on Friday, February 15 at 4:15 p.m. in 127 Curtiss.

Main Office Hours

During semester break, December 17-January 11, rooms 260 and 266 Heady will be open 7:30 am-4:00 pm with the exceptions of December 26-28 and December 31 when hours will be 7:30 am-11:30 am. All university offices will be closed December 24-25 and January 1.

Operating Hours November 19-23

Rooms 260 and 266 Heady will close at 4:00 pm on Monday and Tuesday, November 19 and 20, and noon on Wednesday, November 21, for the Thanksgiving break. University offices will be closed November 22-23.
