Economics is switching from an internal conference room calendaring system to the campus exchange system using Microsoft Outlook. The initial motivation was to improve the speed of scheduling conference rooms, however campus integration is much better and you are also able to schedule meetings with anyone on campus using the exchange system.  If you need technical assistance, please contact Tan Nguyen (tdnguyen@iastate.edu, 80A Heady, 4-2719). Tan is working full-time this week and will change to half-time when classes resume on Monday.

The current intranet system will no longer be available beginning tomorrow, Friday, August 19. If you have urgent Heady room scheduling needs, please contact one of the main office or CARD staff.

Training sessions will be available in 360 Heady (lounge) on Monday, August 22, 3:00-4:00 pm, and Tuesday, August 23, 10:00-11:00 am.
