Two new student IT technicians - Jared Hetzler and Sarah Harrington - are taking the place of Tan Nguyen, who is out for the semester for an internship. They will cover the following responsibilities: printing problems (toner cartridge replacements, jammed paper), software installation, thin client access for grad students, equipment checkout, and basic troubleshooting.
